F45 NEWTOWN: Shirt Artwork

Artwork for F45 NEWTOWN. I trained at F45 Newtown with Frank and the gang for a couple of years. It’s a really great community of local trainers helping people undo the bad. The Newtown one specifically has a really nice “go to the pub after training” mentality.

Training at F45 taught me that I can do anything for 45 minutes.
