An original hand-painted canvas, DESERT REAPER.
Hand-painted here at LICK STUDIOS in Marrickville, with premium paints and materials. The canvas itself is a beautiful 326gsm, Belle Arti / 569 Fine Italian Cotton stretched canvas. And after painting, has been clear-sealed to last a lifetime.
40 x 40” (102 x 102cm).
Framed with a raw oak wooden frame (and 5mm gap).
Subtly signed bottom-right, but also comes with a certificate of authenticity. On the back of the canvas is a hidden gem of the colour palette used while painting. Each time I did a layer I gave it a little dollop. This painting has lots of underlayers, and has lots of subtle layers of texture.
